Grand Valley's Toastmasters clubs have earned recognition from the national organization. The Allendale Campus club earned President's Distinguished Status, the highest status for a club. The Pew Campus club earned Distinguished Status. Reaching a status level depends on meeting a number of criteria, including recruiting members, training officers and advancing members.
The Allendale club meets weekly on Wednesdays at noon in the Kirkhof Center; the Pew club meets Fridays beginning at 7:30 a.m. in room 107D of the DeVos Center.
