Beginning Tuesday, November 16, benefit-eligible faculty and staff will be able to access the online open enrollment system. The online Benefits Enrollment must be completed by Tuesday, November 30, 2004 at 5 p.m. IRS regulations state that flexible spending accounts must be elected every year. Your current election amount does not roll over from year to year.
Employees are asked to login to verify their addresses for W2 purposes, confirm coordination of benefits information and confirm 2005 benefit elections, even if there are no changes or new election of a flexible spending account. To receive your total compensation/confirmation statement you must update/verify your benefit elections.
A Priority Health Representative will be at Grand Valley on Tuesday, November 16. No appointment is necessary. The meetings will be on Allendale Campus -- 140 Lake Michigan Hall (Human Resources) from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m.; or Pew Campus -- Lobby Area in building C from 3PM until 5PM.
