Discussing Iraq and international law

A professor from the University of Perugia in Italy will discuss the Iraq War and international law during a public lecture on Wednesday.

Carlo Focarelli, professor of international law, has written many articles and textbooks on international law. His presentation, The Iraq War and International Law: Can We Still Call it 'Law'? is on October 15 and will begin at 11 a.m. in room 204 of the Kirkhof Center.

Focarelli's visit initiates an annual exchange between faculty members in the political science departments at Grand Valley and the University of Perugia.
