The manager of the plant tells reporters that the letter carrier just failed to see the humor in the situation and that no harm was meant. The plant finally got its mail...three hours late...delivered by a substitute post man.

It's one thing to not want to deliver mail to an address because of a
vicious dog, it's another because you're being taunted. An English
mailman says he stopped delivering the post to a wholesale meat company
becausethe workers taunted him about being bald.
