The Orr Fellowship provides Fellows with the opportunity to spend the next two years:

• Holding a full-time, salaried position with a thoroughly-vetted, dynamic company in Indianapolis
• An unrivaled, extensive peer network and an established alumni base of industry leaders, CEOs, and seasoned entrepreneurs
• Continued learning, skill-building, and professional development through workshops, financial support for skills enhancements, and career coaching

The Fellowship's basic requirements are the following: 

• The student should have an interest in business leadership or entrepreneurship
• The student should have a 3.2 GPA
• The student should be graduating in December or May of the year in which they apply
• The student should want to secure a full-time salaried position post graduation

The annual application deadline falls in September.
