Knight-Hennessy Scholars cultivates and supports a multidisciplinary and multicultural community of graduate students from across Stanford University and delivers engaging experiences that prepare graduates to be visionary, courageous, and collaborative leaders who address complex challenges facing the world.
Knight-Hennessy Scholars receive up to three years of funding to pursue graduate study at Stanford. This includes the JD, MA, MBA, MD, MFA, MS, DMA, and PhD programs, as well as joint- and dual-degrees.
To help you find inspiration for your application, we offer lots of opportunities to learn more about Stanford's multidisciplinary and multicultural community:

To be considered for Knight-Hennessy Scholars, you must submit two applications: one to Knight-Hennessy Scholars by the early FALL deadline, and one to the Stanford degree program by its deadline. Please visit the website of the graduate program for details as each program varies. For example, those applying to the MBA program must apply by the Round 1 deadline of early September to be considered for Knight-Hennessy Scholars.
