Yoga blocks

In this yoga practice we will emphasize mind and body connectedness that involves postures, movement and meditation. Yoga for Mood will focus on enhancing psychological well-being that encourages improved concentration and mental clarity, being present, increased emotional stability, and reduced stress and anxiety, and increased sense of peace.
