Need to let out your creative juices? Join us for a night of painting! You are welcome to do your own thing and paint to your heart's content but we are planning a "class" of sorts (led by our Membership Officer Kassie Baker). Donations are accepted for supplies. Location will likely change.

Our student organization strives to educate and inform the student community of Grand Valley State University about Francophone culture from around the world. Through our cultural events as well as those of the Department of Modern Languages and Literatures, such as the Tournées Film Festival, Mélodies: An evening of French Song, Music and Poetry, the annual Fête de la Francophonie, baking and cooking workshops and many other fun activities, we hope to spread not only our knowledge of the importance of the cultures from around the French-speaking world, but also all the reasons why we love it so much. Our club is open to all, from those who simply wish to travel to Paris one day to others who are actual French citizens "de souche". Please take note that members DO NOT need to speak French. However, some cultural activities will inevitably be conducted in French.
