Self-care/ Relaxation Event

Thursday, October 29, 2020
4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Allendale Campus

It is important to make sure that our students are taking care of their mental health along with staying on top of their academics. During the event we will be talking about different selfcare tips that the students can take away with them when they leave. It will be a very laid-back event where they can come to and unwind from the midterms and class work they have been focusing on. We will be talking about seasonal depression and ways that they can help combat it approaching the fall/ winter months ahead.
