A screening of several of Adam Khalil's films that pry open the construction of contemporary indigenous identity. This event is also part of the Native American Heritage Celebration. Public is welcome.

This event is part of the GVSU Arts Celebration, Segaajigewin: a 3-day series of events with Artist & Filmmaker Adam Khalil. This public series includes a lecture, open classroom visits with Adam, discussions & connections with Students, Faculty and Community Members. Attendees are encouraged to participate in all events, followed by a culminating discussion with Adam the last day of his visit.

In the original language of this place, Anishinaabemowin, Segaajigewin means the way of expression in art, including the multiple discourses and meanings generated around art processes and reception.
