Come join VCA and ASU at our scavenger hunt social! Since Halloween is right around the corner, let's get into the spirit by solving some mysterious riddles with us! We will meet outside Kirkhof Center by the East Lawn tent at 6 PM, and you will be moving around campus by solving some fun riddles! Please bring your phone, a face covering, and a coat!

Before you arrive, please make sure to complete the GVSU self assessment! Upon arrival, an Eboard member will check for proof that you have completed AND passed the assessment before you can participate and we will also scan your QR code as well. Thank you for your cooperation to help keep our campus safe and we look forward to seeing you at the event!

Welcome to the Asian Student Union page! For Fall of 2020, our meetings will take place virtually every other Wednesday at 7:30pm. Due to COVID-19, we will be focusing on virtual options to include both on/off-campus students but we will look at options for outdoor meetings too!

We discuss stereotypes, explore cultures, and create a fun, family-like environment for those looking to broaden their knowledge of Asian and Asian-American traditions, culture, and more. Asian Student Union hosts two signature events every year and they are the Asian New Year Festival and the R.I.C.E (Realizing and addressing Issues in our Culture and Education) conference. Vietnamese Cultural Association is an open organization that promotes Vietnamese culture, traditions, and language. Our meetings are held bi-weekly on Tuesdays starting at 7 PM via Zoom or other online platforms. Meetings consist of cultural discussions, guest speakers, and fun games. We strive to create a family-like environment for anyone who is looking to expand their knowledge on Vietnamese culture. VCA also aims to give back to the community nearby, while also promoting Vietnamese language and traditions.
