Dr. Ross Sherman moved from London, England to Michigan in the summer of 2008 to begin his new life as a resident of Grand Rapids and exercise science faculty at GVSU. In this interactive digital dialogue, he will recount his experiences making the near-4,000 mile move in terms of changes to his professional and personal life, benefits of being open to traveling for work, and some of the anticipated and unexpected challenges he faced before, during, and after making the move. You’ll then have the opportunity to join the conversation, share your stories of moving to a new location and ask your questions about making a move.

Digital Dialogues begin with a brief presentation followed by a group discussion. Registration is free but limited to 20 participants. So sign up now!
