Science Olympiad (SO) is an academic, interscholastic competition designed to increase interest and achievement in STEM education and is one of the premiere science competitions in the nation providing rigorous, standards-based challenges to over 7,800 teams in 50 states. Thank you to all of the past, present, and future Tournament Coaches, Participants, Event Supervisors, Volunteers, and GVSU Staff Members who put countless hours into making this a great tournament!
GVSU annually host the Michigan Region 12 Tournament with the support of the GVSU Regional Math & Science Center and hundreds of GVSU faculty, staff, students, and community volunteers.
