R & B Yoga led by Kayla Morgan of Resilient Roots. It was curated to help students, faculty, and staff destress and wind down during midterms. A low-key yoga flow for all levels of experience. Music from the best and brightest R & B artists. Guidance on building resilience. This was curated to help students, faculty, and staff destress and wind down during midterms. We would love to see you join us. Feel free to tell or bring friends the more, the merrier.

No equipment needed, light food and refreshments available.  In honor of Black History Month the GVSU: Area and Global Studies Department in collaboration with other GVSU departments.
