October Disability Awareness Month: Adaptive Intramurals at GVSU

October is Disability Awareness Month, and we’re celebrating with an interactive event you won’t want to miss! Student Accessibility Resources and RecWell are teaming up to showcase adaptive intramural sports, including goalball, wheelchair basketball and more! Come try out the games, learn the rules, and see how these sports create fun and inclusive opportunities for everyone. These IM teams are open to all students—no experience needed! Plus, enjoy snacks and beverages while connecting with others and finding ways to get involved throughout the semester. Join us in celebrating inclusion, accessibility, and the power of adaptive sports!
