Join the Writing Center for a Night against procrastination from april 9th - 10th. there will be productivity, collaboration, pizza, games, and crafts

Running overnight from 8 p.m. April 9th until 2 a.m. April 10th, the Night Against Procrastination is an international event devoted to combating procrastination. By providing a relaxed and quiet environment, students can write, study, and work while surrounded by like-minded and equally-productive students. There will be activities to help students focus (i.e. Desk yoga), games to keep the mind awake, and writing consultants available to provide feedback. There will also be brain food (snacks, midnight pizza) and productivity drinks (e.g. Coffee/hot chocolate). Late night parking is available for the event in Lot M (no permit required).

If you are interested in attending please fill out this form. No reservation needed in order to attend, but knowing how many people plan to attend helps us plan. You can also plan to schedule an appointment with a writing consultant during NAP via Book It, but we will also have consultants on hand to assist any interested writers. If you have questions, call 331-2922 or email Patrick Johnson ([email protected]). We hope to see you there!

This event is recurring on Thursday, April 9, 2026.
