NIARA was designed to increase a sense of community and belonging, centering the experiences of those that identify as women of color (WOC). Our vision is to create opportunities for WOC to be seen and excel academically, socially, and culturally. This meeting will be a fall welcome of the program to meet other women of color on campus and to learn more about the NIARA program networking and mentorship opportunities.
We welcome women of color no RSVP required. Plus ones/twos always welcomed. Light food and refreshments provided. We'd love for you to join us! Brunch (chicken in waffles) and refreshments will be served to those registered!
