This events theme will be about leadership, confidence, and owning your voice. It will equip college students with confidence, communication skills, and the self-awareness that could be needed to step into leadership roles, advocate for themselves/others, and to lead authentically in professional settings. We will have three brief discussion topics: Confidence and Imposter Syndrome, Finding Your Voice and Self Advocacy, and Find your Leadership Style. After the presentation, attendees will have the opportunity to practice those confidence building and communication skills through the interactive/social aspect of the Midnight Breakfast. This portion will allow attendees to meet new people, build connections, and participate in fun games/activities, and enjoy a Late Breakfast.
