Taking time to relax, de-stress, and have a little fun is tremendously important to our health. It's easy to find ourselves in a cycle of inaction because we believe that in order for an adventure to have a meaningful impact it has to be big and grand. Throughout the month of March, we will be highlighting the significance of thinking small and opening your eyes to the world immediately around you. By the end of the month, we hope to have demonstrated that microadventures, while small in scale, have a big impact on overall health and wellness.

Throughout the month, we offer a variety of weekly content that explores the concept of microadventures. Each week comes with a new challenge for you to incorporate adventure into your everyday life. For added inspiration, we'll be giving a away a variety of goodies for participation.

What is a "microadventure", you ask? Check out this video from adventurer Allistair Humphreys who is accredited with coining the term. Then, check out our Microadventures page for info on how to be involved and win free stuff!
