Mentoring 101 Series: Summer Specific Mentoring (For Faculty)

This Mentoring 101 session will focus on strategies to mentor students involved in GVSU summer research programs including (but not limited to) Kindschi Fellowships, Library Summer Scholars, Student Summer Scholars, or McNair Scholars. Topics for discussion will include setting realistic expectations and goals for the summer, as well as challenges that commonly arise related to summer mentorship.
Facilitated by Anna Hammersmith, Sociology, and presented by the Office of Undergraduate Research and Scholarship.
