Faculty, Staff
Are you mentoring students conducting research or scholarly project this summer? New to mentoring undergraduates, feeling a little rusty, or looking for new and innovative practices? Join Jodee Hunt and explore the mechanics and nuances of mentoring. This session will include a brief presentation about evidence-based best practices in undergraduate research mentoring and supervision followed by a discussion of how to apply these practices within the context of disciplinary research. This session is recommended to faculty who are mentoring students as a part of OURS Student Scholar Programs.
There will be ample time to discuss ideas and address your questions. Come as you are, and feel free to enjoy snacks and beverages of your choice during our Zoom session.
