Laker Con is a three-day comics convention held at the Mary Idema Pew Library at GVSU to celebrate comics literacy and the scholarly merits of sequential storytelling (comics books, graphic novels, animation, etc.) as well as exalting the entertainment arts. Laker Con 2025 will take place Friday, September 26 to Sunday, September 28, 2025. This FREE comics convention will feature: " Guest Artists " Artist Market " Panel Discussions, Presentations and Workshops (All-Ages) " Cosplay Contest " Comics Gallery and Zinetopia " Animations, Movies and More!
