What if your health data could reveal where your body is headed and help you change the course before you ever become sick?

Join Grand Valley State University President Philomena Mantella for a fascinating conversation with National Medal of Science recipient Dr. Lee Hood, the pioneering scientist whose inventions helped make the Human Genome Project possible and whose work has transformed our understanding of genomics, biology, and personalized health.

Now, Dr. Hood is looking beyond the genome to the human phenome, the ever-changing story of our health across a lifetime. With advances in AI, data, and biological measurement, he envisions a future where health care moves beyond treating disease to predicting, preventing and optimizing health.
