Join college students from across the state of Michigan for a dynamic virtual interfaith gathering focused on connection, dialogue, and shared action. This event brings together students of diverse religious, spiritual, and secular worldviews to explore how interfaith engagement can foster understanding, empathy, and collaboration on our campuses.

During this gathering, you will:

  • Hear from student leaders from diverse religious, secular, and spiritual backgrounds on their lived experiences and interfaith campus initiatives
  • Join interactive breakout sessions led by trained facilitators for meaningful conversations and a chance to dream together
  • Gain skills and tools to strengthen interfaith engagement on your campus
  • Connect with peers and campus leaders from other Michigan colleges and universities

Whether you're deeply involved in interfaith work or just curious to learn more, this gathering is a welcoming space to grow, connect, and be inspired.

Open to all college students in Michigan. Register to receive Zoom link.

The “Imagining Interfaith In Michigan” gathering serves as the reintroduction of the Made-In-Michigan Interfaith Lab (MIMIL), a pre-pandemic interfaith conference that brought together college students from across West Michigan. This year, we are breathing new life into this interactive and experience-driven “lab” in partnership with campuses across the state:

  • Hope College
  • Kalamazoo College
  • The Kaufman Interfaith Institute at Grand Valley State University
  • Michigan State University
  • Northwestern Michigan College
  • The University of Michigan
