Join us on October 20th at the clocktower, from 4 to 6pm for our
upcoming event, Heal with Heat!
Writing things down puts you in control. It allows you to
declutter your mind and process things clearer. It creates less space
for feeling stressed and overwhelmed.
By writing down negative thoughts/experiences disrupting our
ability to move forward in our personal healing journey, we allow
ourselves to regain control and power of those experiences.
We will be physically crafting the positive things we know about ourselves!
RSVP here, by October 7th to guarantee your materials for out craft activities and snacks that will be provided!
