GVSU Philosophy Department Colloquium Series: Believe Everything with Craig Greenman
Friday, January 31, 2025
3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Allendale Campus
Faculty, Staff, Students
What would it be like to try to believe everything you read, hear, or see? In this colloquium, Craig Greenman turns Rene Descartes' skeptical method on its head, and instead of doubting everything, tries to believe everything. This method produces important results for pluralism, postmodernity, and politics. It even helps explain why philosophers doubt in the first place.
