Miracle Network Dance Marathon is a nationwide movement that raises money for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals throughout the United States. Miracle Network Dance Marathon at Grand Valley raises money for our local CMN Hospital, Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital in Grand Rapids. The money we raise goes towards the Child Life Program which helps make the hospital stay more comfortable for the kiddos who are being treated at Helen DeVos. Child Life provides school teachers, prizes, iPads, coping toys, therapy dogs, and more for the kids during their hospital stay. We fundraise throughout the year and then host a 6-hour celebratory event in March called Lakerthon. At Lakerthon, we hear stories from families, hang out with kiddos that have been treated at Helen DeVos, learn a line dance, play games, make crafts, eat food, and more fun things to celebrate all the money we’ve raised! You will receive lunch and a free t-shirt just for attending! The event this year is being held in Kirkhof in the Grand River Room from 10 am - 4 pm. We hope to see you there!

The event this year is being held on Saturday, March 25th from 10 am - 4 pm. It will be located in Kirkhof Center in Grand River Room (Room 2250).
