With a distinguished career as a professional musician and competitive endurance athlete, Jesse brings a powerful blend of humor, passion, and real-life stories to every stage. He equips performers, athletes, and professionals to navigate the emotional demands of high performance through engaging and interactive workshops that build mental fitness.

Having learned how to thrive under pressure, he now teaches others to do the same. Drawing on years of experience delivering resilience and mindfulness presentations across diverse industries, Jesse helps individuals and teams build the mindset and habits needed to perform with composure, clarity, and confidence in any arena.
