Students
This session will introduce students to the ins and outs of undergraduate research. We will discuss what undergraduate university research is (and isn’t), what you can expect from a variety of research experiences, and how to find a research program and a mentor. The session is open to all students interested in research and creative scholarship, and will include time for questions.
* These workshops are intended for first-year undergraduates and first-year transfer students who are new to research, but all undergraduates are welcome to attend.
Facilitated by Dr. Jodee Hunt (Biology) and/or Dr. Anna Hammersmith (Sociology) and presented by the Office of Undergraduate Research and Scholarship (OURS).
