Students will leave the panel with a better understanding that failure and setbacks are a natural part of growth and success. Through hearing honest stories from panelists, students will gain perspective on how challenges, mistakes, and unexpected experiences can become opportunities to learn and grow. Our hope is that students feel encouraged to take risks, embrace challenges, and give themselves grace when things don’t go as planned. Most importantly, students will leave recognizing that failure isn’t the opposite of success. It can be an important part of the journey toward it.
