This workshop will discuss how faculty research mentors can utilize elements of the Individualized Development Plan (IDP) to further student learning and development. The IDP is a tool that was created to help students name and set their academic and professional goals. Dr. Hunt will discuss how to customize the tool for individual students’ needs and learning styles.
