Dr. Rahat Rafiq, Assistant Professor in the School of Computing, will be presenting on natural language processing!

Natural language processing (NLP) is a type of machine learning technology that helps computers understand, work with, and make sense of human language. NLP has significantly influenced recent advancements in artificial intelligence, particularly in the development of tools and technologies relating to large language models.

This event is completely free and open to everyone, including those with no background in computing. Join us to learn about the role of NLP in computer science and its real-life applications!
