Exhibition Reception for 'As Is: Beauty and the Body in Contemporary Art'

Join us for one event and two celebrations! The exhibition reception for As Is: Beauty and the Body in Contemporary Art is the kick-off event for this year's GVSU Arts Celebration. Join us in celebrating the artwork on view and the impact of art in our community, and how it brings people together, and creates space for reflection on our shared humanity, on Thursday, September 22nd from 5:00pm - 8:00pm in the GVSU Art Gallery in the Haas Center for Performing Arts on our Allendale Campus, room 1121. Refreshments and remarks will be given outside the building in the Kirkhof Center tent.
RSVP recommended. All guests are required to follow COVID-19 safety guidelines (wear a mask, stay home if you're feeling sick, stay 6 feet apart when possible indoors).
