TRIO Teacher Prep is offering program participants a safe space to discuss the election. We are going to be making fleece lap blankets. We will provide tips and strategies on how to have conversations with friends and supporters as well as tips on coping mechanisms and dealing with anxiety. This event will be on Thursday, November 5th, from 11 am - 3 pm in 200 Lubbers Student Services Center. CDC Guidelines will be strictly followed. Please RSVP at https://forms.gle/ERFEDYQWnvYpFGq4A. There are a limited number of fleece blankets to be made. If you don't feel comfortable attending in-person, we also have time to meet over zoom or schedule a phone call.
