Image is a flyer with details about a virtual training on bystander intervention for the immigrant community

This virtual training equips participants with the tools to safely and effectively intervene when they witness anti-immigrant hate, harassment, or discrimination.

Using Right To Be’s 5 Ds of Bystander Intervention methodology—Distract, Delegate, Document, Delay, and Direct—this interactive training empowers participants to take action while prioritizing safety.

Whether it’s witnessing xenophobic comments, workplace discrimination, ICE encounters, or public harassment, this training provides practical, real-world strategies to support immigrants facing harm.

This training is encouraged for allies, but everyone is welcome.
