GVSU faculty and staff are invited to attend the First-Generation Student Success Conference on October 30th, 2026 from 9:00am-3:30 pm.. Hear from keynote speaker Dr. Sidney Childs and explore breakout sessions designed to help you build your own playbook of tools, strategies, and resources to support first-generation students in their success as GVSU Lakers.
Start the day with a continental breakfast and enjoy a pasta bar lunch. Come ready to learn, connect, and add new plays to your first-generation student success playbook!
