This 19th-century American Melodrama based on the popular novel of the same name follows Alice Darvil as she learns all about love, adventure, and family. By Louisa Medina, Directed by Katherine Mayberry.

Audition Information
Auditions will consist of scene readings and some physical improvisation. These will be online audition meetings, and you will received instructions about how to log in to the auditions once you have signed up for an audition time slot. The audition scenes will be available for perusal starting on February 8. You will also need to fill out and return an online audition form. If necessary, a callback will occur from 6:00-10:00 p.m. on February 16. The callback will also be held online, with actors signing up in groups for specific time slots.

Rehearsal & Performance Information
Rehearsals will begin with a read-through on February 24 and scene rehearsals beginning February 28. The usual rehearsal schedule will be Sunday afternoons from 2:00-6:00 p.m. and Monday-Thursday evenings from 6:00-10:00 p.m.. We may also do some pre-recording of scenes during daytime hours, which will be scheduled according to actor conflicts. Performances will take place on April 23, 24, and 25. Depending on COVID guidelines at that time, there may be a limited live audience for performances, which will also be livestreamed for online audiences.
