An Introduction to Restorative-Based Conflict Prevention & Resolution

Workshop participants will reflect on their individual conflict styles, learn about basic principles of restorative practice, and gain familiarity with additional resources and tools related to conflict prevention and resolution.
Learning Outcomes - Participants will be able to:
- Recognize personal preferences and approach to conflict
- Translate an accusatory statement into an affective statement
- Identify additional related resources
