basics of fermented bread with a simple focaccia recipe! Michael
Hinkle, ’20, Farm Manager and Educator for the GVSU Sustainable
Agriculture Project, will walk us through the processes and recipes
for both, answering questions along the way. We’ll send you some
supplies to help get you started!
