Agar Night

ASCLS-Michigans District 1 is hosting an agar art workshop. The event will take place Friday, October 4th from 5:00pm to 7:00pm and Saturday, October 5th from 1:00pm to 3:00pm , each session has a maximum of 24 participants permitted. Participants will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis. Please use this form to sign up for the event, payment will be collected the day of the event (cash, Venmo or check accepted). Due to the supply requirement for this workshop, a minimum 10 participants is necessary per workshop. If 10 participants is not reached prior to event, we will notify you of cancellation.

The event will take place in the Medical Laboratory Science programs lab space at Grand Valley State University.

Parking details and directions, along with a reminder, will be sent before the event. All participants will be required to follow University guidelines while in the building.

No agar art nor microbiology experience is required, so bring a friend! We will provide details and tips and tricks for creating a masterpiece, but it may be beneficial to brainstorm some ideas of what you would like to draw out ahead of time.
