Dr. Hill is a Senior Research for the foreign policy program at the Brookings Institution in Washington, DC. She was a Senior Director or European and Russian Affairs at the National Security Council from 2017-2019.She is author of “There Is Nothing for You Here: Finding Opportunity in the 21st Century” and co-author of “Mr. Putin: Operative in the Kremlin."
