Congratulations Dr. Laila McCloud!

Assistant Professor, Dr. Laila McCloud has earned the 2022 NASPA 4E Robert H. Shaffer Award for Excellence as a Graduate Faculty Member. This honor acknowledges Dr. Laila's dedication to mentorship, scholarly achievement through publications, and engaging with professional higher education associations. Dr. Laila responded to earning this award by stating, " Thank you Mika and my former and current students (Amanda + Paul + Olivia) for nominating me for this award! Teaching really makes my heart smile and I'm thankful to be recognized for the work that I do inside and outside of the classroom".
