Instructions
If you are unsure of how to make an appointment in Navigate, please read the instructions below.
- Click "Login to Navigate" button on this page
- Click "Login to Navigate" button
- Enter your GVSU username and password
- Click "Schedule an Appointment" button on the upper right side of your student homepage
- Select "Regional and Adult Learner Advising" from the drop-down list
- Select the location of the regional center you'd like to meet with or the location of your assigned advisor from the drop-down list
- Select a date
- Click Find Available Time button
- Filter by advisor, meeting format, and location, if you have a preference
- Click on your appointment day/time
- Select the format you'd prefer from the drop-down
- Enter the reason for your appointment or any questions you have in the comment box
- Click the email/text message reminder boxes and enter your phone number if you'd like to be sent a reminder
- Click "Schedule" button
If you are redirected to a multi-factor authentication while logging in, click the Navigate360 tile from the my.gvsu.edu apps page to be redirected.
