About
Amirah has a background in project management and launching innovative college access projects that eliminate barriers and build pathways to college for traditionally underserved students.
Prior to joining GV NextEd Co-Lab, Amirah served within Grand Valley facilitating school and community partnerships along with program development and marketing before becoming the Director of K-12 Connect, GV NextEd's virtual tutoring program. Amirah is a leader in many community organizations including; KConnect, the ELO Network, WGVU Engage Education Committee (Chair), and the Early Learning Neighborhood Collaborative (Chair).
