The KConnect Data Dashboard, Powered by the Johnson Center for Philanthropy

The Johnson Center and KConnect have been working together to advance the use of data in achieving better outcomes for children and families in our communities since 2014. Early in that partnership, the Johnson Center began providing the data- and web-based services required to envision, construct, and maintain a data dashboard to track critical community indicators. Through continuous collaboration with KConnect and other local partners, the Johnson Center built and now maintains this resource. The KConnect Data Dashboard is publicly available in both English and Spanish. It provides the information needed to create conversation, insight, and action on behalf of children and families. The dashboard displays data related to home and family stability, prenatal to high school experiences, and career readiness.

Without continuously tracking and disaggregating data, it is unlikely that our community will achieve system-level change. The dashboard tracks progress and disaggregates data to get a complete picture of the inequities in our system. Without this information, we do not have a collective understanding of the problems facing our community and will not have the tools to address them.

Come explore how we can put research and data to work with and for our community!
