NUR 474 - Professional Nursing Systems Leadership
This capstone course focuses on foundational principles of leadership within a micro healthcare system and creating change to improve patient outcomes within that system. Students evaluate the impact of finances on the delivery of quality care and learn to advocate for the profession and their own professional growth and identity. Prerequisite: NUR 429.
