FIN 322 - Intermediate Managerial Finance
A second course in financial management is required for all finance majors. Coverage includes analysis of financial statements, financial forecasting, corporate valuations, cost of capital, capital budgeting, and capital structure. The main learning objective is the estimation and maximization of corporate value. Develops use of spreadsheet commands and applications. Offered each semester. Prerequisites: FIN 320, ACC 213, STA 215, and admitted to Seidman College of Business or by permit.
