EXS 210 - The Science of Human Movement and Exercise

This course introduces foundational concepts of exercise science and human movement (biomechanics, physiology, and motor control). Emphasis will be placed on exercise/training adaptations within the human body. Students will explore applications to personal health and fitness and changes across the lifespan. Offered every semester.
