EXS 200 - Psychosocial Aspects of Exercise and Physical Activity

The course will provide an overview of concepts, theories, principles, and research related to the interrelationships and influences of psychological factors (e.g., thoughts, feelings, behavior) and social factors (e.g., groups, environment) relative to physical activity and exercise behaviors. Offered every semester. Prerequisite: PSY 101
