AHS 321 - Ethical and Legal Responsibilities in Health Care

This course presents an overview of the ethical and legal issues faced by health care consumers, practitioners, and administrators. Topics include professional and personal health care ethics, professional liability, consent, and medical records confidentiality (HIPAA, fraud, and abuse). Offered each semester.
